Setting up Mozilla Flash Plugin when IE flash installed

I have Flash working on IE 7 but Mozilla firefox always says to install Adobe flash,
This is what I did.

1) On run
I type cd %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Plugins\

2) If plugin folder is not there type
mkdir %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Plugins\

3) search for NPSWF32.dll file and copy to this folder

4) restart firefox

It worked for me..

Changing redo log Size

Redo logs cannot be resized on the fly we must drop and recreate them.This is the only method known to resize at the time this post is written. A database requires at least two groups of redo log files,regardless the number of the members. We cannot drop the redo log file if it's status is current or active. Initially the status need to be changed "inactive" before dropping the redo log member.
